The Sonic Tapestry‘s first single under the Soundwrx music label is launched on iTunes. Entitled “The Dead River” it is a cinematic soundscape that presents the listener with a hugely diverse musical experience.
A strong orchestral composition that harmoniously embraces electronica, this piece defines the style for the new and exciting creative collaboration between classicist Simon Godden and EATcha Tribe’s Craig Hopkinson.
“The Dead River”s underlying message is described by Craig as ‘a musical metaphor for environmental preservation’ and it is expected that The Sonic Tapestry’s future releases will follow this theme.
